  • Apple cider vinegar is another way to brighten and whiten your teeth.  It works because the acidity works to remove the stains and discolouration. 
  •  You can swish with the vinegar and spit it out, or you can mix apple cider vinegar into your toothpaste.   

5. Salt

  • Some people believe that the gritty texture of salt can act as an exfoliate, scrubbing away stains from your teeth.  Other people believe that salt is too coarse and can damage the tooth enamel.
  • If you want to try this home remedy for whiter teeth, you may want to add the salt to your toothpaste or dissolve it in warm water to use as a mouthwash instead.
